Simon wants to help individuals discover the healing path already within them. They understand that therapy can be challenging, and they hope to facilitate the process with warmth and humor, when appropriate. Simon is excited to work with adults, elders, youth, and children who want to reconnect with themselves. In therapy, individuals may work on developing skills, acquiring knowledge, or discussing current or past difficulties and experiences. Their focus is to guide clients to the safest path in their recovery and connect to their own unique strengths. Simon might offer suggestions or provide options for next steps. They will help shine a light to guide individuals through their mental health journeys. 

 

Simon has experience working with survivors of all ages from sexual, physical, and emotional violence for over 16 years as an advocate and now through a therapeutic lens.​
