Sam (she/her) works with individual adults seeking greater clarity, connection, and healing. She offers a thoughtful, collaborative approach to therapy that supports clients in understanding emotions, patterns, and the experiences that shape how they relate to themselves and others. Sam works with adults who are experiencing traumatic stress, anxiety, life transitions, relational issues, and the emotional weight of caregiving and responsibility.

Sam has over ten years of clinical experience working with adults and families and practices from a trauma-informed lens. Her background as a Child Mental Health Specialist and Disability Mental Health Specialist informs a nuanced understanding of development, systems, and care, which she draws on in her work with adults across many roles. Sam’s clinical approach incorporates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindful Self-Compassion, CBT, and psychoeducation, with an emphasis on insight-oriented work paired with practical tools that support meaningful, sustainable change.
