​Nadine (she/her) provides a safe space to become curious about patterns, to learn about dealing with emotions, and to identify strengths and values. She often uses motivational interviewing as well as cognitive behavioral interventions to support clients in redefining what it means to live life more fully and experience a deeper connection to themselves and others.
Inspired by relational-cultural theory, Nadine’s clinical approach is trauma-informed, emotionally-focused, and grounded in humanistic principles. She is also a Veteran, certified peer counselor, spiritual explorer, and avid Rumi reader. Nadine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate working under the supervision of a state-approved supervisor.
